Mrs. Watts focuses on real estate and commercial litigation. She previously worked in the commercial lending and real estate department of a number of boutique firms in Dallas. Prior to law school, Mrs. Watts worked in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough Attorney’s Office, and the Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office, District of Alaska where she assisted in the preparation of appellate briefs. Mrs. Watts has also worked for the METRO Nashville/Davidson County General Sessions Court and the Office of the District Attorney-Nashville / Davidson County where she assisted victims and witnesses of domestic violence. Mrs. Watts is licensed in the State of Texas.
Mrs. Watts earned her J.D. From Texas A&M University School of Law, in Fort Worth, Texas, where she was the Managing Editor, Journal of Property Law, a Public Interest Fellow and Admissions Ambassador. She holds a M.Ed in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, where she was 2-year Captain and Member of the Women’s Basketball Team. In addition, Mrs. Watts holds a B.A. In Media Strategies from Texas Tech University, where she was a 2-year Captain and 3-year Member of the Women’s Basketball Team, in Lubbock, Texas.
